UK Delivery Information

Orders will be processed and despatched from the University of Lincoln Shop within 3 working days. During busy times, such as graduation and freshers or when the University is closed during the Christmas and Easter break, please allow for delays. 

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail First class post. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to UK addresses. A signature will be required upon receipt; therefore, we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it.

The delivery charges are as follows, this includes packing fees, and is payable on a per order basis.

Overseas Delivery Information

How much will it cost?

Postage fees are calculated by weight of the parcel, destination country and courier. Therefore we are only able to calculate this cost once your parcel has been processed and weighed.

Please add the overseas shipping option below to your basket, this will not charge you but will allow us to collect your delivery details in order for us to calculate the cost.

You will receive a seperate email advising you of the postal fee and a link to allow you to make payment. Please ensure you insert the correct postage fee in pounds sterling in the ‘Amount (£)’ box. Incorrect information will result in additional delays in processing.

What happens next?

Orders will be processed and despatched from the University of Lincoln Shop within 3 working days of receipt of payment of postge charge. During busy times, such as graduation and freshers or when the University is closed during the Christmas and Easter break, please allow for delays.

All orders are sent tracked and signed first class either by Royal Mail or DHL Courier Service.

For European addresses please allow up to 14 working days and international addresses (outside of Europe) allow up to 28 working days. 

A signature will be required upon receipt; therefore, we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it.

 You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has left our central post room.

Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the courier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to collect it or rearrange delivery.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

The University of Lincoln cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Duties & Taxes

Shipments being received outside of the UK may be subject to duties and taxes, as determined by customs in the destination country. The payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility if the receiver. The University of Lincoln are not responsible for payment of any duties and taxes.
