There is a charge of £10.00 for the replacement of a lost Student ID card. Once payment has been made, a receipt will be sent to your University email address.

The UniHelp Team will create a Service Request on your behalf. You will receive an email confirming the Service Request, which will include your Service Request number. When your replacement card is ready, the Service Request status will be updated to “Waiting for Collection.”

You must collect your replacement ID card in person at the Minerva Building. Please ensure you bring your digital ID and provide your Service Request number at the time of collection.
