Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety and HygieneDescriptionThis course is to guide and advise candidates on the management of food safety in a food business. The Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing provides those in managerial and supervisory positions in food manufacturing businesses (for example business owners, production managers and hygiene auditors) with the in-depth knowledge and understanding to be able to guide and advise on the management of food safety systems and staff in their workplace. It will help candidates to ensure that their business complies with all legal requirements for food safety. This course is aimed at those wishing to deliver food safety qualifications as part of their training provision. It can be accredited as prior learning for those wishing to progress on to a Degree in Food Manufacture. This course is delivered at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, Holbeach.
