The Maker Lab can offer a 3D print service for prepared 3D modelled files, The 3D design files will have been prepared and exported as an STL file. This STL file will then be sent to the technician to be run through the Creality slicing software prior to 3D printing.
Detailed Description
The printer has a 300 x 300 x 300mm bed size so files need to be prepared to fit into this work area. The technician will not edit any drawing files, only print out the final designs. Any errors in drawn files are the sole responsibility of the person submitting the drawing.

Each print will be charged for by weight and this will be calculated before the print is performed so a decision can be made whether it is a viable cost. There is also a checkout password that needs to be used to complete payment. The Technician will tell you this during the consultation.
